Tips:
- Enter the estimated postage amount on its own line in the requisition. A payment can be requested on just that line when postage is due to the printer.
- Sales tax of 7.25% will be due on any printed pieces being delivered to campus
- PO contract will be sent to vendor to place the order and/ or so they may commence work
- Vendor may submit invoice(s) per PO contract or after work is completed

FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services has been awarded a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contract (8400092183). The CMAS contract allows California local government and state agencies to purchase directly from us for their document solution needs. The CMAS contract also offers discount pricing for black & white and color copying and includes binding services that give documents a professional look.

Cal Poly Print and Copy has been Cal Poly's on campus printer since 2001. Originally named Pony Prints Copy Center, Cal Poly Print and Copy has evolved from a simple copy annex to a full service digital print center offering standard and large format printing and scanning in both color and black and white, assorted binding methods, lamination, faxing and while you wait counter printing.
Our production equipment and software is of the highest caliber, utilizing leading brands of the industry including Xerox, Adobe, Triumph, Rhintuff and Fastback. Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always eager to help you with your print projects. We offer quick turnaround times and campus wide delivery.
The Cal Poly Campus is our only focus and priority and we take great care to ensure the needs of the campus community are met to the very best of our ability. Unlike off campus printers we offer interdepartmental charge backs so there's not need to use other payment methods. We are conveniently located in the Kennedy Library and open seven days a week, most nights until 9:00pm. University Graphic Systems
University Graphic Systems (UGS) is the student-run, FSC certified (Forest Stewardship Council Certification), on-campus printing enterprise of Cal Poly. The managers of UGS are students in the Graphic Communication Department with backgrounds ranging from Print and Imaging Management, Electronic Publishing and Imaging, Design Reproduction Technology, and Graphics for Packaging concentrations.
UGS produces a wide range of products, including magazines, short run and long run posters, brochures, newspapers and more. We produce the Mustang News, Commencement booklets, Annual Report, among many other publications for the Cal Poly campus community. We have both the equipment and personnel to produce a wide variety of printed products from foil stamping to full-color presswork.
By partnering with University Graphic Systems, you are supporting the Cal Poly educational mission of Learn by Doing by providing us with the opportunity to further our knowledge of the printing and publishing industry.
