Learn who to speak to, what to order, and what help is available to declutter, save money and cut down on waste. Need to sign up new drivers? Wondering how to get your department vehicles in proper running order? Look no further! In this NEW one stop shop session participants will learn all about how to properly procure a new vehicle, how to make sure all your drivers have the right forms and training, and what’s needed to keep your vehicle going for all your departmental needs. Come join our panelists and let us dispel the mystery around state vehicles (including carts!) with helpful tips and more! Information Security and Shredding Serviceswith Douglas Lomsdalen, Gary McCrillis, and Jessica Hunter Securing Cal Poly's data and network resources is everyone's responsibility, learn what information Security is and why it's important. Learn about data classification and how to protect the data and properly destroy it. The session will conclude with trends the information security team see daily and offer a variety of tips and tools you can use. Audience: Anyone who handles sensitive data, has a general interest in cyber security or protecting your personal information. |
