Open House Parking

Friday

On campus parking will be extremely limited on Friday. We encourage guests to use our off-campus park and ride options or take shuttles from the hotel pick up locations throughout the city of SLO. All locations are listed on the map above.

ADA Parking for Open House (Zone 1)

Valid ADA placards or license plates must be present to park in ADA parking areas. Please purchase your parking registration here to accompany your placard. Valid registration ADA parking is available in the Grand Structure, Structure 131 and in any ADA space on campus. Please use direction link on registration site to find Grand and 131 structures. Be prepared to have your placard in view and your registration confirmation email ready when entering the parking lots. You may purchase ADA parking registrations on campus day of via QR code.

Be prepared to show your parking confirmation email upon arrival. Confirmations will come from Offstreet Parking email address.

Friday Paid On Campus Parking (Zones 2 and 3)

On campus parking is available in our commuter lots. Your best entrances to campus for parking are the California and Highland Entrances. Follow directional signage and traffic enforcement to your parking locations. Parking in your zone may not be guaranteed. Please be prepared to be rerouted to a different lot on campus to park if parking in your zone is impacted. We will only be selling pre-registration for all campus parking. Please do not attempt to come to campus on Friday without parking confirmation. Parking is extremely limited and guests without confirmation will be sent to the off-campus park and ride location at Cuesta College. Your license plate can be updated through your confirmation email sent from Offstreet. Please check your email information before arriving to campus to ensure everything is correct.

Free Off-Campus Parking Options for Friday

All locations will have dedicated shuttle routes bringing guests to and from campus from 7:00am to 10:00pm. If you have Rodeo tickets on Friday night the shuttles will end after Rodeo. O'Neill Green is the only on campus location for all shuttle drop off and pick-ups.

• Cuesta College: Located just south of the Cal Poly Campus down highway 1. A free park and ride option for guests visiting Cal Poly. No pre-registration is required for parking in this lot.
• Los Osos Valley Road / Calle Joaquin Park and Ride: Located off Los Osos Valley Road and 101 Frwy this option allows for guests in nearby hotels to walk to shuttle stop or drive and park in dedicated park and ride lot. No pre-registration is required for this shuttle stop.
• Madonna Plaza Shuttle Stop: Located off of Madonna Road in the Madonna Plaza this stop is perfect for guests staying at the surrounding hotels.
• Monterey / Veterans Hall Shuttle Stop: Shuttle stop is located at the SLO Veterans Hall parking lot. Guests staying at the nearby hotels may walk from their hotel to shuttle stop off of Grand Ave and Monterey for a quick trip to campus.

Saturday

On campus parking is significantly more available on Saturday. Registration is still required either through the Offstreet Link or via QR code on-site. Parking in your zone may not be guaranteed. Please be prepared to be rerouted to a different lot on campus to park if parking in your zone is impacted.

There are no dedicated shuttles or off-campus parking on Saturday. Guests can still utilize the City of SLO's SLO Transit at no cost.

Rodeo Parking

The Rodeo is being held in the Spanos Stadium this year. Parking for the rodeo can be found throughout campus. Event parking permits are available to purchase here. All General and Mustang VIP guests will need to purchase parking permits if parking on campus.

If you already purchased a parking permit for Open House, your rodeo parking is included. If you are not attending Open House, but are only attending the rodeo, you will need to pre-purchase parking through here.

ADA Parking for Rodeo

The Rodeo is being held in Spanos Stadium. ADA parking can be found in parking lot C-7 off of Highland and California. Additional ADA parking is in lot H-2A and spaces can be found throughout campus. A valid placard or license plate must be displayed to park in ADA parking. Parking registration is also required for all parking on campus. Please purchase parking either through a QR code on site or through parking link.
