Operational Status

Cal Poly Operational Status: Minor heat concerns are expected this week, with temperatures at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo reaching the low to upper 90s Thursday through Saturday (October 15–17). Cal Poly Maritime Academy is forecast to reach the mid to upper 80s. PG&E is also monitoring elevated wildfire conditions that could result in Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) in San Luis Obispo County beginning October 15. Campus-specific impacts have not been confirmed. Cal Poly is monitoring conditions and preparing for potential disruptions. Campus operations remain normal at this time. Additional updates will be provided as conditions develop.
