Waitlist Feature

Waitlist lets drivers get in line when all charging spots are busy. It notifies drivers when a charging spot becomes available and gives them 30 minutes from accepting space to plug in.

If someone is waiting between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and your vehicle is either fully charged or reaches the 4 hour maximum time limit, your charging session will end and you will be notified to move your vehicle.

The waitlist is available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. when all charging stations are occupied. To queue on the waitlist you can tap your card at a charging station or get in line through your ChargePoint account. You will be notified via the ChargePoint app that a charging space is available. You must respond to a notification within 5 minutes before being automatically snoozed. You have 2 snoozes before you are removed from the waitlist. You have 30 minutes from the time you accept the charging space to plugging in at the station.
