Final Settlement
  • Academic year settlements (examples: faculty with change in time base, sabbaticals, docks)
  • Other settlements directed by the Chancellor’s Office
FLSA Excess Payment
  • Payout of hours worked in excess of the regular state monthly pay period (non-exempt alternate schedule employees only)
Holiday Credit Payout
  • Payout of holiday credit per collective bargaining agreement (R08)
Overtime
  • Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day work schedule or eighty (80) hours in a fourteen (14) day work schedule
  • Payment for compensatory time off (CTO) due to separation, FLSA status change, or annual maximum exceeded
Regular Earnings
  • Regular hours worked
  • Lump sum payout of compensable time at separation (examples: vacation, personal holiday, CTO)
Shift
  • Differential paid hourly for a certain time period or when performing a needed assignment (examples: evening, grave, emergency, Sunday)
Stipend
  • Payments for specialized skills, achievements, certifications, or lead work
