Properly Addressing Mail

Correct addressing allows for prompt and timely delivery of mail and parcels. Distribution Services delivers mail and parcels based on department name, not recipients name or building & room numbers. Please include a department name on all campus mailings and inform contacts to include a department name on all inbound addresses. The following formats are recommended for addressing mail.
