Cal Poly State Employee Compensation Report

The Cal Poly state employee compensation report has been created to respond to inquiries regarding Cal Poly state employee salaries. Access to this report is being provided to employees paid by the state. State employees are public employees and as such their related salary information may be published (bonuses and other compensation shown may be performance-based and the specific details related to these actions are confidential). The President and campus leadership have committed to providing this information in an effort to better inform the campus and support improved transparency.

The Cal Poly State Employee Compensation Report will be published annually in September and will reflect state compensation paid in the prior fiscal year. This information will differ from information published on the Sacramento Bee state compensation site as that information is based on a calendar year rather than a fiscal year.
