Alternative loan borrowers should contact their lender concerning all issues related to repayment.

There is no student loan exit interview requirement for Alternative loan borrowers. However, Cal Poly strongly advises Alternative loan borrowers to contact their lender and make sure they:

• Have your current billing address and phone number.
• Know you are leaving school.
