The application process including promissory note, entrance counseling and Regulation Z disclosures is completed online with Cal Poly's loan servicer Heartland ECSI. Students awarded the California Dream Loan will receive an email containing instructions 3-10 days after they accept the loan through their my.calpoly.edu portal. Loan terms and eligibility requirements available on the Financial Aid web site.
