The Art and Science of Building an Organizational Culture [Cross Campus Collaboration]

Organizational culture is like the wind. It is invisible if one does not know what to look for, but you can feel it. Like the wind, when it's working against you, things are more challenging. But when it's working for you, things become easier. Once we understand that our teams, departments and campuses have a culture whether it is planned or not, it becomes clear that building one with intention is of the upmost importance from a human and a business perspective.
