Preparing Teams for Change

This workshop focuses on equipping managers and team members with the skills and knowledge needed to coach people through change within their organization. Participants will explore two models of change management, understand the emotional and psychological impacts of change, and learn communication strategies to support teams through transitions.

Learning Outcomes/Objectives:

• Understand the fundamentals of change management and its importance in the workplace.
• Identify common reactions to change and develop strategies to address them.
• Learn techniques to communicate change effectively and empathetically to team members.
• Develop skills to support individuals and teams during periods of change.
• Create a communication sample using the elements of change communication
