Crucial conversations [Cross Campus Collaboration]

Crucial Conversations gives people the skills to step into disagreement rather than over it or around it through respectful dialogue.?This overview session will provide in introduction to the Crucial Conversations model and how you can practice some of the basic skills the next time you are having a high stakes conversation. Please note this is not the Crucial Conversations session. The purpose of this session is to introduce learners to the model and provide some quick tips to consider when having a difficult conversation.
