Nice to Meet You! A Framework for Cultivating Connection and Agency

This course will equip leaders with a robust framework for conducting impactful one-on-one and team meetings.

Objectives:

• Understand the distinction between Agency and Empowerment and their significance.
• Master the POINT Framework and learn to apply it effectively in team meetings, one-on-ones, and communications.
• Practice the framework in real scenarios and explore the challenges of leading meaningful team and individual meetings
