
Customer Engagement Bootcamp
"Think customer service is just smiling and nodding? Think again! Join us for a high-energy, low-pressure Customer Engagement Boot Camp! In just two hours, you'll get the inside scoop on what customer engagement actually means, how to rock it in person, on the phone, or over email, and how to build a game plan to level up your skills back on the job. Whether you're still figuring it out or you're the go-to trainer on this skill, this session is for everyone. Expect lively lectures, group chats, and breakout rooms that are more "fun coffee chat" than "awkward icebreaker."
Cameras optional, enthusiasm encouraged--and by the end you'll be on your way to engaging customers like a pro.
