Vehicle Rentals

Enterprise/National is the CSU’s state-contracted vendor. Only car rentals with our contracted vendor booked via Cal Poly’s booking tools (Concur or Cal Poly Portals) are considered business rentals and includes liability and physical damage insurance for the of rental vehicle. Any other car rentals booked in a different mannering may put the traveler’s personal insurance at risk.

Employees must pay with a credit card. The direct bill solution for employees is the Concur Travel Card.

The direct bill solution for non-employees is the Cal Poly Enterprise portal only, the links below will take you to the proper portals for State funded and for Cal Poly Corporation funded direct bill.
