Employee and Organization Development

The purpose of Employee and Organization Development is to develop and execute strategies to support Cal Poly in achieving its goals and objectives through learning and development opportunities. We develop programs and approaches, facilitate initiatives and ideas, and direct employees toward the wealth of resources available on and off our campus.
