CSU's GOT TALENT: Cultural Intelligence as the Foundation to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. Your CQ predicts your readiness for working and relating effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. The higher your CQ, the more likely you will gain new opportunities, earn higher wages and experience success working in today's diverse, globalized world. This webcast will explore what cultural intelligence is, why it matters at Cal State and strategies for improving you CQ. We will also discuss why it is the foundation to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
