Staff Learning Community

All backgrounds are welcome as we learn an intuitive approach to surveying and analysis. Surveying is a helpful tool to augment professional expertise through data gathering and analysis. This workshop will focus on how surveying builds our understanding of the reality of our work through the survey process, including how to understand and communicate results.

The Staff Learning Community (SLC) is a volunteer group of Cal Poly Staff employees that want to share and learn from each other. The mission of the group is to share best practices, resources, engage in professional development, and support and guide one another. The SLC generally meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. All employees are welcome. If you are a staff employee at Cal Poly, you are a member of the SLC by coming to a meeting!
