Thriving in Remote and Hybrid TeamsEvery workplace has its challenges, and hybrid work environments are no different. At times, a portion of employees are working from the organization's physical location, while their co-workers are working virtually. This can present challenges with communication, inclusiveness and collaboration. In this program, learners will discover the benefits that flexible work environments provide, and the attributes and skills that all hybrid employees must have. They'll be introduced to communication techniques that ensures every person is included in conversations and decision making. And once this program is completed, workers in hybrid environments will be better able to support their team members, managers and the organization, no matter where they work.
