This 90-minute interactive workshop breaks down the complexities of performance management into practical steps and introduces the Performance Diagnostic Checklist - Human Services (PDC-HS), a research-backed assessment tool designed to identify factors influencing your team's performance and suggest effective interventions. This workshop is not just theory. Your instructor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and ATD Master Performance Consultant, will lead you through the practical side of performance management by using relatable case studies to explore the versatility of the PDC-HS in addressing common performance concerns while reducing bias and evaluation fatigue.
