Chairing for Success

Employee and Organization Development (EOD) is pleased to share Chairing for Success, a systemwide leadership program designed to build the fundamental skills needed to succeed as a Department Chair within the CSU. Developed with insights from experienced CSU Chairs, this fully online program focuses on guiding principles, developing people and departments, communication and conflict management, and personal leadership growth. This program requires the attendance of all sessions, with the completion of asynchronous pre-work.
