Principles of Supervision

Principles of Supervision is the flagship supervisor development program of the California State University. This comprehensive program covers foundational supervision skills, including Performance Management, Developing Direct Reports, Guiding and Organizing Work, Managing Relationships and Managing Yourself. Through an interactive workshop, participants gain valuable learning resources and strategies to enhance employee performance, increase engagement and support long-term retention.
