Foundations of Psychological Safety

In this interactive class, participants will gain a foundational understanding of psychological safety in the workplace, including the actions and behaviors that foster it and how it contributes to a more inclusive environment for all employees. Through a combination of lecture, a case study, and small group discussions, attendees will walk away with practical, actionable strategies they can use to help build a culture of psychological safety within their teams. This class is ideal for individuals who are new to the concept of psychological safety, as well as those who would like to deepen their existing knowledge. No pre-work is required to participate.
