Principles of Supervision

Principles of Supervision is the flagship supervisor development program of The California State University. The program covers foundational supervision skills such as performance management, developing direct reports, guiding and organizing work, managing relationships and managing yourself. The workshop provides valuable learning resources to support supervisors in improving employee performance, engagement and retention.

Please note:
• Participation in all seven sessions is required
• Each session includes self-paced pre-work that must be completed in advance.
• Missing more than one session or not completing the pre-work will result in an incomplete status for the program
