Skateboard/Bicycle Diversion Classes Cancelled
Based on the current situation regarding COVID 19, we will be cancelling all classes until further notice. Once we receive notice that it is ok to resume all Bicycle / Skateboard Diversion Class, we will be updating the website.

There are drop boxes also at the entrances of the court house in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Grover Beach.
The University Police Department, in cooperation with the San Luis Obispo Superior Court, offers a diversion class for eligible individuals who have been issued a citation.
You must contact the Court to determine your eligibility to attend the class. If eligible, you must appear at the Traffic Department Counter to receive a continuance of your case and allow time for completion of the diversion course. Upon completion of the course, you will be given a Certificate of Completion that you must return to the court by the date specified.
As a standard rule, you may only attend a diversion course for one citation in any 18 month period.
