Property Registration FormAs a courtesy-service, the Cal Poly Police Department (CPPD) maintains a personal property registration database. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to register any valuable item they may keep or bring on campus for free. Anything of value with a serial number such as a phone, computer, or bicycle can be registered. This service is currently provided at no cost. If you wish to register any item of property, use the Property Registration form. Please complete one form per item.
