Carpools must consist of two to four Cal Poly students. Members commute and arrive on-campus together in one vehicle. All members of a carpool are required to pre-register with the program.
Up to two vehicles may be registered in the carpool at any time. Only one vehicle may be parked on-campus under the authorization of the parking permit at any time. If both vehicles will be parked on campus at the same time, additional daily or limited time parking must be purchased.
The carpool captain is financially responsible for the purchase of the parking permit. Carpool permits for 2023-24 will be issued for the academic year.
