Cal Poly Maritime Academy Police Department maintains law enforcement records in accordance with state and federal law. Those laws determine when records may be released and to whom.

Who May Be Eligible to Receive a Report
- The victim
- An authorized representative of the victim
- An insurance carrier with a related claim
- A person who suffered bodily injury, property damage, or loss
- Drivers, owners, passengers, or attorneys connected to an eligible collision report
Reports may be redacted or denied in some circumstances, including ongoing investigations or cases involving protected juvenile records.
