Multiple rooms will be evaluated and may be temporarily closed for leak detection and plumbing repairs. Rooms beyond those listed may also be affected. Building occupants may experience construction-related noise and increased activity.

Occupants may observe audible alarms, strobe lights, fire door testing, and audio instructions in select buildings. Occupants may notice reduced water pressure from fixtures in kitchens and restrooms due to fire suppression testing.

Vehicular traffic on California Boulevard will be closed from Campus Way to the C7 parking lot while utility work is performed. The road will re-open each day, outside the listed work hours.

Signs and road closure barricades will be placed across both lanes of the road. Traffic traveling south from Highland Drive will be unable to proceed beyond the stop sign at the C7 parking lot and must make a U-turn. Traffic heading north on California Boulevard will be unable to continue past the Campus Way intersection and must either make a U-turn or turn right onto Campus Way.

California Boulevard and Campus Way will remain accessible to John Madden Football Center construction vehicles and first responder / emergency vehicles.

Buses and Emergency Vehicles will have access. All other traffic will be detoured to Truckee Road.
