Due to restriping work on Grand Avenue between Slack Street and Loomis Street, drivers, cyclists and pedestrians should anticipate delays and traffic lane shifts when accessing campus.

Please observe all traffic control measures, including detour signage, and exercise caution when traveling near active work sites.

Please note that generator testing will impact only areas and equipment connected to emergency power.

Generator tests will begin with a 10-second outage before the affected loads switch to emergency power. Between 30 to 50 minutes later a second outage of approximately 1/2 second will occur as the affected loads transfer back to utility.

Prior to the power transition, please save your work to avoid any loss of information. Be aware that elevators might be affected within these transition timeframes.

This maintenance/work may temporarily disrupt IT services, including access to Wi-Fi, the campus network, computer labs, and other online tools. If your equipment powers down during this work, please restart it once service is restored. After the restart, if you continue to experience issues, please contact the Service Desk or open a support ticket. Routine testing is required to insure the operational readiness of emergency generators.

Village Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic from North Perimeter to Truckee Road. The sidewalk will remain open for pedestrian access. Please observe all pedestrian and traffic control measures and exercise caution when near active construction zones.

The pool at the Robert A. Mott Athletics Center Building 42 will be closed and drained for maintenance. Campus occupants and visitors may observe construction-related personnel activity and noise.
