Faculty Offices East Enhancement

Project Summary:

The project will enhance the exterior of Faculty Office East Enhancement (Building 25) aesthetic and create and enhanced exterior space for student study and collaboration.

Project consists of painting the exterior of the building, adding enhanced pavidng on the east building entrance, trimming and clearing existing landscape, adding concrete or pavers to provide new hardscape areas, installation of a new trellis structure, exterior lighting, install glazing on the first floor to enclose the existing breezeway and create an inviting and warm space for study and collaboration.

Improvements include the new naming and signage of the building to "The Philip & Christina Bailey College of Science & Mathematics".
