Maritime North

Project Summary:

Construction has been active throughout the Summer to repair a series of rooms, restrooms, and office space at Maritime North Residential Hall. This includes required work to expand the capacity and bring living spaces back online. A couple of minor repairs will be completed at the start of the academic year. In addition to the work inside the res hall, a stairwell located on the exterior of the building is also included in the scope of this work for SB 721 code requirements to meet the residential elevated walkway requirements. The stairwell work will continue into the Fall semester.
