Project Summary:

Construction of new faculty and staff housing complex at the northeast corner of Slack Street and Grand Avenue. Project goal includes 150 new multifamily rental units spread amongst a few buildings and 50 for-sale single-family homes. Other residential amenities are likely to be included in the project scope such as a clubhouse building and outdoor community spaces.
