Project Summary:

The $45M project is Collaborative Design Build delivery method for an approx. 33,000 sf new building with a new team locker room, coach's offices with support spaces, team meeting rooms, weight room, training and medical support spaces; student athlete lounge space including nutrition area; lobby and public/reception/entrance spaces with access to the south end of the stadium, and parking. The project includes South Campus Infrustructure Renewal. The $ 9M enabling work includes repair and replacement of a sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas, provide 12kv electrical service, ERL fiber communication relocation and broadcast streaming to Spanos Stadium.
