Catering companies will be added to the approved list as applications are approved. If you have an immediate need, please consider Campus Dining, otherwise the new list will be populated accordingly.
Below is a list of Approved Caterers for both, food and beverage. These are the only vendors who may cater events on campus. They have been fully vetted by Procurement and Risk Management and meet all our policies. Contact them directly to obtain a quote for your event. Reference their specific PO# when ordering and paying for their services.
