Shredding services:

FMD provides shredding services. See Confidential Shredding site for more information. DocuTeam is provides shredding bins which are picked up and emptied by DocuTeam frequently.

Add Contract number 2000017492, chartfield, and signature from approving person to invoice and send to sbs-payment@calpoly.edu

Document Storage:

• To retrieve documents from DocuTeam Storage, have the authorized person for your account contact DocuTeam at 805-544-0440 or email: SUPPORT: service@thedocuteam.com to schedule a time to retrieve boxes in storage.
