How to Place a Service Request:
You will be asked for your Equipment ID (on the silver sticker on the front of your copier), a description of the problem, and your name and phone number.
Once the technician receives the request from Dispatch, you will receive a call with an eta for service.
Clean Planet Recycling Program
Clean Planet is a completely free recycling program offered to Cal Poly. The program provides prepaid boxes to collect printer consumable items, toner cartridges, toner bottles, waste toner boxes, ink cartridges, and drum units from your Konica Minolta and any other brand printers. Items must be placed in the box without packaging. For program details see the brochure below.
