Department will:
- Place order by- phone (805) 431-0950, fax (805) 772-7826, or email mguidici@missionlinen.com.
- Provide contract number 2000005024
- Provide the following when ordering:
- Department name
- Departmental point of contact
- Telephone number
- Delivery information.
- Invoices:
- Stamp invoice with Payment Services approval stamp;
- Complete the appropriate information PO number (same as contract number), chartfield string, signature from approving official;
- Send invoice to Payment Services (Bldg.1 Rm 129) to process the payment.
