CSU Paid Parental Leave

Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption leave, more commonly referred to as “Parental Leave,” is leave associated with the birth of an employee’s own child or the placement of a child with the employee in connection with adoption or foster care. Eligible employees may qualify for up to 30 workdays of paid parental leave starting within 60 days of the arrival of a new child. This may vary for select employee groups. If possible, to coordinate Parental Leave benefits, all employees must contact Human Resources at least 30 days in advance.
